Cabin Leader: Julian & Uziel “Mr. Wizard King: Attorney at Law & R2D2”
Hey! My name is Julian, or Mr. Wizard King, and I am really excited to be your son’s Cabin Leader this summer. I am a law student at UDLAP, Universidad de la Américas Puebla, in Mexico. Some things I enjoy are going to church and spending time with my friends and family. I am so excited to help your son strengthen his faith in Jesus while having lots of fun here at Trout Lake Camps!
Hi, my name is Uziel. I’m pursuing a diploma in actuarial science at Universidad de la Américas Puebla. I heard about Trout Lake Camps at a summer camp fair; when I found out it was a Christian camp, I knew it’s where I wanted to work. I have experience in one-day camps in Mexico, and have worked two years as a volunteer at the summer camps at La Vid church. In my free time I enjoy doing math, reading, and playing basketball & board games. This summer I want to be a Cabin Leader to get out of my comfort zone and improve my English. I hope my campers will come closer to God and learn He is a personal God.
Cabin Leader Updates
We’ve been having a good time at camp. Yesterday, we went to Plummet’s Plunge! The campers had so much fun racing each other down the slide. We met King David at Tabernacle and sang about God while learning that it’s okay to be sad sometimes. David even wrote some sad Psalms!
